I always admired this gracious and stately woman, whom I had the pleasure of meeting when we were members of The Tennis Club. She and Myrl were a wonderful couple, and I want to extend my deepest sympathy to her family.

What a wonderful lady. Lorraine lit up the room and that southern accent made you smile.

The Travelettes are gathering above to reacquaint and I'm sure Myrl is throwing deep heartfelt laughter all around.

Sure gonna miss her. She was a keeper.

sending all good Blessings to Lorraine's family. She was a joy to work with in the Portofino with her lovely soft Atlanta accent and always in good humor. We will surely miss her.

Lynnie & Glen & family, I am deeply saddened by your loss. I agree with the well-written condolence by my brother-in-law, John Downey.
Your mother lives on in many many hearts and she holds a very special place in my heart for embracing a difficult time in my life and turning it into a fabulous time. The rehearsal dinner party she, without hesitation, offered and hosted at her beautiful home in Northwood
was one of the kindest things anyone has ever done for me. With love, she meticulously yet swiftly put together an evening that will be forever remembered by many. The personal touches at every turn was an example of how she made others feel special throughout her entire life, I am certain! And the children She raised are examples of her wonderful spirit, as well. Love to you all, Mary

There are many wonderful words that would fill pages, and you know how we feel. Lorraine was an inspiration and a great friend. Our sorrow is over whelming and she will be missed so much. All the Spivey's have been and will be special in our lives, as was she. God Bless You All . . . Michael and Bruce

I knew Lorraine for more than 25 years. She is one the persons I have admired more in my life. Always ready to do the best for the neighborhood, Northwood, we lived in. Wonderful and friendly lady until her last days. I will never forget her. I will be at Curry Park on March 31, to celebrate her life.
